We pull results straight from official DVLA and DVSA records, so we display exactly what they show. If something looks off, the quickest first step is to double-check the registration number and confirm directly on gov.uk’s MOT history checker. If the two still don’t match, email us the registration number and what you’re seeing, and we’ll look into it.
Can you help me book an MOT test or fix my car?
We’re not a garage and don’t carry out MOT tests ourselves — CheckMyMOT is an independent information service. Have a look at our MOT Centres page to find a test centre near you.
I’m getting reminder emails and want them to stop
No problem — email us the registration number you signed up with and the address the reminders are going to, and we’ll remove it from our reminder list.
